Handled the entire legal documentation work of the Projects for which the CNBC/CRISIL Awards for "BEST LEGAL SYSTEM IN INDIA" for the years 2007 and 2009 were awarded to Akshaya Homes/Akshaya Pvt. Ltd. More than 100 Builders participated from various parts of the country in the event. The Award was given based on the manner in which the title was derived, drafting of various documents for the project and transparency in legal system.
